why me?

In living a life with complete abilities,
though everything seems perfect,
everything happens almost the way we wanted
but still,
we humans still complains
when it rains i would say
"aiyooo bila hujan nak stop ni. basah, merata."
when the rain stops
"bila taun nak hujan ni, panas gila"
when would humans stop and say
I am just thankful that im still breathing?
when would i say that?

days back i received an email from a friend of mine
this is the content
it was about this one dude named Arthur Ashe

what is so special about this guy?
this is his story

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he
got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.
From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which
conveyed: 'Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease'?

  To this Arthur Ashe replied:

'The world over -- 50 million children start playing tennis, 5 million
learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to
the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi
final, 2 to the finals, when I was holding a cup I never asked GOD 'Why
  me?'.
And today in pain I should not be asking
GOD 'Why me?'

when the first time i read this
i was so impressed that i was speechless
this is the fact of life
when we receive everything we wanted in our life
we never asked why US?
why me?
in fact there are some who takes full credit of the success
what could even be worse?

after reading this i realized the essence of living a good life
is by being thankful to god for everything that you get
when you are thankful for things
you heart is at peace
you would be satisfied with what you have
you would come to a sense that everything that happens
is for a reason
is for our good
its just a matter of time for us to realize it

So, no matter how much in pain we are,
how intense the sorrow is
how anguish you are
it for you own good
its just a matter of time for you to realize it
and i am sure that when you know it,
you would be waay happier than
you could possibly be if you didnt have the pain
